North College Hill Police Department Mission Statement
We, the members of the city of North College Hill Police Department,
are committed to providing the highest quality of professional police
service. We strive in all that we do to protect life, enforce the
law, preserve order, protect property, and arrest violators. In
cooperation with the citizens we serve and with reverence for the
law, we commit ourselves to improving the safety and the quality
of life for all.
Core values
Integrity--We adhere to the highest moral and
ethical standards. We are honest and sincere in dealing with each
other and the community. We have the courage to uphold these principles
and are proud that they guide us in all we do.
Respect---We recognize the value of individuality and treat all
people with dignity. We cherish, defend and protect the rights,
liberties and freedoms guaranteed by the u.s. Constitution, all
federal laws, the constitution of the state of ohio and all of its
statutes and the ordinances of the city of north college hill.
Fairness---We are consistent in our treatment of all persons. Our
actions are tempered with reason, equity and are governed by law.

Recognizing that quality of life begins with public safety, the
members of the North College Hill Police Department and its citizens
in their capacity as the community stakeholders will form partnerships
with each other and with other law enforcement and governmental
agencies to address all crime and disorder issues. We will be guided
by the department's core values of respect, integrity and fairness
in all of our endeavors.
We will reaffirm our commitment to serve and dedicate ourselves
to the pursuit of excellence. Understanding that no community can
be vibrant and prosper without public safety, we will invite all
citizens to help make this vision a reality and to insure this vision
drives decision making in every facet of our daily lives.
